Senior Deputy Roosevelt Masters
The Senior Deputy is subordinate to the Constable and Chief Deputy. His rank is equivalent to that of a lieutentant in a police department. He is charged with performing all duties delegated to him by the Chief Deputy. He is responsible for and exercises command over the all deputies in the Constable's Office. He is in charge of all patrol functions, warrant operations, investigations and special activities. In the absence of the Constable and the Chief Deputy, the Senior Deputy administers full command of the department.
