This project widened Longhorn Road from a three lane road to a six lane, divided road between Old Decatur Road and Business 287. There was also intersection and traffic signal improvements at Longhorn Road and Old Decatur Road, Longhorn and Knowles Drive, and Longhorn and the western side of Business 287.
