This project will widen Rufe Snow from two lanes with a center turn lane to four lanes divided between Big Bear Creek and Rapp Road. The northern section of Rufe Snow will be widened from two lanes with a center turn lane to six lanes divided between Bear Creek Parkway North and Big Bear Creek, including the bridge over Big Bear Creek.
