Requested Funding: $1,723,500

Estimated Completion Date: Spring, 2017

This project will rebuild and widen East First Street from a two lane road to a four lane road between Beach Street and Oakland Boulevard. This project will also include a new bridge over the West Fork Trinity River and two new relief bridges. This will allow the bridges to withstand stronger storms and provide relief of traffic congestion.
