Summary: Booklets produced by Texas and Pacific Terminal Warehouse Company. Built in 1931 and separated from Texas and Pacific Railway Terminal by a block, Architects Wyatt C. Hedrick and Herman P. Koeppe, with general contractor P.O.B. Montgomery of Dallas, scaled back the ornamentation from the passenger terminal - using the simplified design for an eight-story 580,000 square-feet Zigzag Moderne Style of Art Deco Warehouse, featuring inlaid panels of blue tile, ornamental brickwork and polychrome brick.
