Public Health Permit Payments

Be advised that the convenience fee is charged by the payment processing vendor – Catalis (aka nCourt). TCPH does not receive any portion of the fee and the rate is solely determined by the vendor and is beyond the control and authority of TCPH.

Credit and debit card payments are charged a convenience fee of 2.35% or a minimum of $1.95 while eCheck/ACH is charged a flat fee of $1.50 per payment transaction. The convenience fee will be shown as a separate line item in your payment and will apply for each processed payment.

Please have your payment reference number ready. The reference number is also known as your customer account or client ID number located on your invoice, application, superbill receipt or client file.
