Through a cooperative agreement with the State of Texas, the federal government, and with the support of the Tarrant County Commissioners Court, the Domestic Relations Office's Monitoring Program (IV-D) offers you benefits and services that are unmatched.

The program includes exclusive benefits and services available at little to no cost to you for child support monitoring, modification, and enforcement.

By enrolling in the Monitoring Program, we will utilize all the resources available to us to attempt to locate a non-custodial parent, and collect child support through income withholding, income tax refund intercept, and other collection methods.

When you enroll in the Child Support Monitoring Program, you can rest assured that we will monitor your child support account on a monthly basis. We will ensure there is compliancy with your court order and take the necessary actions should non-compliancy occur. It is our goal to keep your case at a paying status so that your children get the financial support they need and deserve throughout the lifetime of the order.
