Citizen Prosecutor Academy
The Citizen Prosecutor Academy is an 11-week class held twice a year – once in the Spring and once in the Fall. Our prosecutors and investigators teach about topics ranging from adult sexual assaults to the juvenile system. This class gives an insider’s perspective on how the criminal justice system works.
The Spring 2025 academy begins Thursday, March 6. The class meets every Thursday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., and graduation is on Thursday, May 15.
It is open to the public at no cost. Applications for the Spring 2025 academy are due by January 31, 2025.
SPEAKERS ON THE ROAD
One of our local programs is called Speakers on the Road. Community groups can ask our office for a speaker to discuss a certain topic with them. We will send speakers when we can. Just let us know what topic you would like someone to address.
