Replacement Assumed Name Application

Certified copies of an active, assumed name application can be obtained by mail or in person at any Tarrant County Clerk office location.

The fee is $6 for each copy.

To obtain this document by mail, please send your requests, a self-addressed, stamped envelope and a check or money order payable to:

Replacement Assumed Name Certificate (Owners Only)

If you are the owner of an active Assumed Name (DBA) and need a replacement certificate, you can obtain the certificate by mail or in person at any Tarrant County Clerk office location.

The fee is $6 for each replacement certificate.

To obtain this certificate by mail, please send your requests along with a photo copy of your valid State or Government issued, picture ID, a self-addressed, stamped envelope and a check or money order payable to the Tarrant County Clerk.
