Bond Supervision

The Bond Supervision program targets felony and misdemeanor pre-trial defendants, community supervision offenders awaiting revocation proceedings, as well as defendants on appeal bond.

By offering close monitoring and supervision to selected defendants released from jail on bond, local overcrowding of jails can be ameliorated and the community can be afforded a degree of protection that otherwise would not be provided. Most of the offenders in this program are court-ordered to report and submit to drug and alcohol screening.
