It houses Resource Connection Administrative Offices, Building Manager, Autism Treatment Center – Suite 101, Health Masters Homecare, Inc. – Suite 200, Northern Trinity Groundwater Conservation District – Suite 300. In addition, there are two meeting rooms: the Tarrant  Boardroom that accommodates 30 people and the Conference Room that accommodates 45 people.
