Tarrant County will have a delayed opening on February 2

With North Texas under an ice storm warning, Tarrant County will delay opening until 10 a.m. on Thursday, February 2.

The National Weather Service said road conditions across the County are expected to deteriorate overnight but should improve as the day progresses on Thursday.
