January 10, 2025 Inclement Weather Notice

All regular dockets on January 10, 2025 for the 323rd District Court have been reset.  All parties, attorneys, and interested parties will receive notice of the reset date.

The Detention Docket for January 10, 2025 will proceed as scheduled, however Detention Hearings will be conducted via ZOOM, and detention proceedings will be broadcast via YouTube as required by the Texas Office of Court Administration.

Inclement Weather Policy

The 323rd District Court will make a determination on closing the court or cancelling some or all dockets due to inclement weather, natural disaster, or force majeure.  The Court will expedite the decision process in order to provide the public as much advance notice as possible.

About the 323rd Family District Court

The 323rd Family District Court hears Child Welfare and Juvenile Delinquency cases.

Juvenile court hearings take place inside the courtroom and are formal proceedings. It is helpful to arrive 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled hearing time to be available to confer with your child’s attorney. Youth and adults appearing in Court should be dressed appropriately. Attire such as shorts and tank tops are not permitted.
