How payments can be made:

1. In Person:	We accept cash (for exact amount only), money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express at the office between 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, except on County holidays. *Financial transactions stop at 4 p.m.*
			Checks should be made payable to: Justice of the Peace Precinct 5 Office Location: 350 W. Belknap Street, Room 112-C Fort Worth, TX 76196-0247 (At the corner of Belknap and Taylor Streets; We are located in the Thomas R. Windham, Fort Worth Police Department and Tarrant County Jail building.)

2. By Mail:	Payments by money order or cashier's check may be mailed to our office at: Mailing address: Justice of the Peace Precinct 5 350 W. 3. Online:	Online payment system will default for you to enter the citation number and case number. Change the selections to last name and case number to locate your case. To locate your case number see #5 below.
4. QR Code		Pay your citation online by scanning this QR CODE with the camera on your mobile device. Be sure to have your case number ready. To search for your case number, see below.

To locate your case number for your citation:

You will need to select the court location (JP No. 5), and then click Class C Misdemeanors Only. Search by defendant so you can locate your case by your name and date of birth.

Note:

A 2.35 percent surcharge is assessed on every credit card transaction.
A $30 NSF fee is assessed on all returned checks.
